I have a Fisher and Paykel GW609 washing machine. When I turn it on I get three green flashing lights with accompanying beeps on the washing progress section. Any suggestions with what I can do to fix this problem? Thanks, Bronwyn

sounds like an electronic problem. motor controller most likely. I am unsure off hand what this fault (7) means, but the number is very low, which normally indicates motor control board

Hi just read your posting. Now the lights that are flashing are an ERROR CODE .On the row of 8 lights that these lights are flashing which ones are flashing, starting from the left to right of the row is it the 2nd and 3rd and 8th or the 1st and 4th and 7th ---etc---?Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this fault.Looking forward to your reply.
Hi Damian just read your posting.Your fault on your machine is the out of balance switch is faulty.Do you still require help? Please reply and I can guide you throe the repair of this problem.
Ok this fault is telling me you have a faulty RPS(Rotor Positioning Sensor) in this machine. The RPS sensor is located in the motor Stator. To replace you need to remove the motor rotor then the motor Stator. you want to be careful with this part when fitting it as they can break.
you could have a jammed power or sart\pause button, these quite often get corrosion on the PCB and then the switches fail ON, if you can turn the machine on it is not dead, it can be repaired but you might want to get a technician in to reapair PCB. Also it would be helpful to know what lights light up when in error mode.
