Whenever I try to print something it says "unable to print 36". Ive restarted the printer and tryed to print something and for a couple of minutes it says cleaning then a few minutes later it...

Remove the printer cartridge and check for any jams. If you don't see any large pieces of paper jammed in the printer, they may be smaller pieces so take care to notice anything small that shouldn't be there.

Place the cartridge back into the printer.

You may also want to unplug the power, wait a moment and plug it back in to clear the error and see if the issue corrects itself.
