First, where are you going to get APS film ? It is not longer made. So dump the camera. Processing is only from 2 companies anymore.

How do you open the film compartment

Film releases are on the sides, or bottoms of cameras. Make sure the film is fully rewinded before you open it (or open it in pitch black, and manually rewind the film into the canister).

I cannot find where the memory card or film goes in this camera.

Your camera takes APS film. It's an obsolete system these days but the film and processing are still fairly easy to get.

The film loads into a compartment on the bottom of the camera; you open the compartment by turning the latch on the right hand end of the camera (as viewed from behind). The battery fits into a small compartment on the lower left back of the camera.

How do I open the compartments on the camera

Which compartments?

The lid on the battery compartment next to the tripod mount flips down.

To open the film compartment, turn the camera upside down, then turn the film chamber release clockwise.

How to open filnm compartment of old 35mm nikon

Is it an SLR model?

I am not familiar with Nikons; however, Minolta and Canon SLR film camera's film compartments are opened by lifting up on the film rewind mechanism on the top left side of the camera.

If the Nikons are designed like Minolta and Canon, there will be a small tab to push in at the bottom of the camera. This releases the film and allows it to be rewound. At the top left will be a small rewind lever that is used to do the rewind. The part of the camera that the rewind lever is attached to is pulled up to open the back of the camera.

How do you put the film in in a olympus superzoom 105g

Open the back, gently blow out any dust that might have gotten in there. Load film in the shade. Take the film cassette out of the plastic container and insert it with the protruding piece on the bottom into the left side of the film compartment. Gently pull the film out to the right about 3-4 inches. Try to keep the film flat across the shutter opening but Be Careful you don't touch the Shutter Blades! Feed the film under the take-up spindle and through the vertical slot and hook the film into a sprocket. Push down the shutter release button and advance the film a couple times. Close the camera back securely. You are ready to go! Good luck
