I don't think you will get far on the warranty without a receipt. Rechargeable batteries don't last forever, anyway, so they might not be covered under a warranty.
The good news is you can buy replacement batteries and chargers for most cameras very cheaply. You don't say what the make and model of your camera is, but what I would do is go to Amazon online and search on your model number and the word "battery".
Hey maddie13, Unfortunately the 2yr replacement plan you purchased does not cover cameras that are stolen, but what usually does is homeowners insurance, or rental insurance, or car insurance if it was in your car at the time.
