Have you changed the battery in it? Most often, this is the cause for key pad failure. Or if you have already changed the battery, is the + & - facing the proper direction?

How to fix key pad on ge convection oven jvm1790bk. Pad stopped working

The control panel is actually 2 different parts and either could be bad. Do you have the display still lighting up or is it completely dead? If it is out it could the main smart board. If it still lights but no buttons work then it could still be the smart board or just the key pads which are a separate part. Neither part can be fixed just replaced.

Have you pressed/un-pressed the NUMLOCK key?

OR

You may have a stuck key somewhere on your 10-key numeric keyboard. Sometimes dirt (coffee, dust, soda) is blocking the contacts to the circuit board from the keyboard.

Acer aspire 6920 side key pad has stopped working

Try reseating the keyboard and see if that solves it. Occasionally the keyboard connector can get knocked loose.
