Model Goldstar MS-71tc. when I plug the microwave in it on and the table spins and light inside is on as though it is microwaving something. But there is no heat being generated.I put something in to try it. The keypad only lets me key in the microwave time(Date)

There is a ceramic fuse inside the oven. Remove the case and follow the cord from the back of the oven to the fuse. Replace with on of the same amp size.

remove the cabinet ... about 10 screws though they may be flat - phillips or torx

Yes you can but when ordering, quote the model of your microwave to get the correct one. (There are many types available, but only one correct one.)

Chances are you have shorted or blown high voltage rectifier diode.

yes it can be fixed , it is probably the motor that spins it or the circut that controls it
