having problem with very slow download speed.test it regularly,it says the port is not forwarded properly,then try to change the ports,get the same result.whwre there is the case?

Actually the application may be games or any other software which it setted port is not open/accessable through your router and it will work by default ports and the speed or the performance is very slow- Try to configure proper port forwarding according to the application port settings check those ports are open after configuration
