Sprtcmd.exe-Error Point Not Found

-   I have this same problem and it is driving me insane...I keep getting linked to the same site on how to fix it and it DOES NOT do anything for me....I have the sprtcmd.exe problem...not a mstcha or whatever it is...-   Guest

-   Have window i can not remove - The procedure entry point ?BreakOnDbgAndRenterLoop@@YGKXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library webmcomn.dll.
I also had used PC MOVER.
I have problems deleting programs, this may be related.

-   I, also, have the same permanent window:
sprtcmd.exe-Entry Point Not Found.
The procedure entry point ?BreakOnDbgAndRenterLoop@YGKXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library wbemcomn.dll.
It appeared after I used PCmover to transfer files from XP to Vista.I've since done a "Undoing a Migration" of the files, but it is still there.
I also get a blank screen and have to bring up Task Mgr. to close it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx.
