Is the compressor kicking on? By running do you mean the freezer fan is running?

I suggest you empty the freezer. Then use a hair dryer to copletely dry the entire inside of the freezer then make sure everything you put back in is dry. I had this same problem and this worked for me. Just had to much humidity in freezer.

Yes it could, you will have to check your defrost water drain, if its plugged defrost water won't go to condensate pan under unit, instead will make its way down to refrigerator section

There could be several things causing the frig to be cold but not cold enough. First check thermostat control and air control. Both should be set in the middle setting for normal operation.Next check to see if evaporater fan is running in freezer. It should be running whenever compressor runs and circulates cold air inside frig as well as freezer. Next check if condensor fan motor is running. It blows air over condensor coils to remove heat. Last ,check condensor itself for dirty coils. If they are matted up with hair dust,etc. it will cause poor cooling. you can give thorough cleaning with vacuum cleaner. Hope this helps

Sounds like your condenser is icing up and is not blowing enough cold air into the frig compartment to satisfy the thermostat.That is why the compressor with not shut off. You probably have a defrost problem due to a bad defrost heater of defrost thermostat (different from control thermostat) One solution is to shut of the frig to allow ice to melt off and restart to see if it repeats the same problem. I have experienced this with other refrigerator freezers. The most likely cause is that the warming element in your automatic defrost system is no longer working. Ice is building up on the cooling coils and this prevents the refrigerator from getting cold. I have always called an appliance repairman to fix (~$150). If you're handy you can try yourself, but you still have to buy the part at retail. Good Luck

you need to replace the start components on the compressor, theres a relay that mounts on to the compressor that takes out the start winding after it starts the compressor up. You can also try whats called a three in one to try to start up the unit. Good Luck.

hi thanks for the question if you have fog coming out of fridge it sure is cold enough you must live in a very hot climate i wouldn't worry at all thanks the appliance doc

well sometimes it clogs up , when i open the frig door sometimes the ice falls out since the actual cup in inside of frig is full of the crushed ice.
