Four weeks ago I bought an iPod Touch 32GB. After listening to my iPod on an external speaker I tried using the headphone and the sound is just too low. I thought my headphone was damaged but I tried it on...

Sounds like plugging the external speakers in has damage the spot were the headphones go in. If this is under warranty that bring it to apple store.

How do I delete pictures from my Ipod Touch

Hello,

steps on how to delete pictures from your i-pod touch are stated below. This will work with any iPod touch whether it be a 8gb or 16gb or 32gb. This will also work for both 1st gen and 2nd gen.

This is the first step and will definantly be the easiest. Take your link cable, and plug it into the notch into the computer. Take the end of your cable and plug it up into the I-pod. The side that has the gray circle on the cable will be plugged up face up.

This is the second step. Go into either internet explorer or safari and then go into your files. Go into the file that your store all of your pictures in on your iPod. Then delete the pictures you don't want on your iPod. Or move the pictures to a different folder.

This is the final step. Go into I-tunes and sync your folder with all of your pictures. It will remove the photos you deleted from your iPod.

Good luck.

32gb apple ipod touch new

There are some fantastic "how to" videos on Apple.com. There are quite a few steps if you're a beginner, so these videos can be very helpful.

iTunes is the program that runs on your computer and "talks" to the iPod. Learning about iTunes is essential. There is also a video on this page that shows how to use iTunes WITH an iPod:
