Dish network remote control problem

Hi,
We have servral tvs and have been recently introuduced to a new problem. Before when changing volumed , we would hold the volume up buttom and it would go up to what ever volume we desired. Few days ago when pressing the volume up button and holding it , it would only go one digit up and the same is happening on all dish remotes .
Do we have a problem??
