PLEASE HELP ME

when i press the shutter button it doesnt click like it is taking the picture nor does the film wind to the next shot i have cleaned the contacts and done everything possible to fix this solution in the manual i do not konw what else to do.. CAN AND WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ME... IT''S A SAMSUNG MAXIMA ZOOM 105
