Question about Apple iPod nano
Normally, when plugging the iPod to the USB to recharge, the PC acknowledges immediately that new hardware was added (treats it like a mass storage device). Th iPod displays do not disconnect until clicking "safely removing hardware".
Now, I plug into the USB as before and the PC doesn't acknowledge the new hardware; not even on the laptop where I have iTunes downloaded, therefore I can't even download or synchronize.
Make sure your not pluged into a USB hub. It will work if its plugged directly into a USB port on your computer.
