Need passkey

Hi, to pair the blue tooth device, you can use the default code for pairing the device i guess that will work.. No special code required for blue tooth to work. Just type 0000.and problem solved.

Thanks for using fixya...

What is the bluetooth passkey code for lg gt505 mobile phone to pair with other devices

HOW TOCONNECT BLUETOOTH

Hi,

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

Take care.

Trying to sync with my blackberry 8900 asking for numeric passkey for my plantronic 220 ... dont think I needed this when I had a Motorola Razor.... annoying.... any thoughts.

the passkey is just like a password which is a single time entry into your phone for connecting blue tooth devices in a secured way.
once you enter the passkey the phone will be able to identify and connect to your device each time you search for blue tooth devices in the phone.so please do not get annoyed, go ahead and give a passkey of your own choice(like birth date. so that you wont forget it easily since you wont use it again until you reset the phone or connect other devices).
this passkey can also be used to connect it to laptops, desktops if they have blue tooth.

also remember this passkey is used to restrict any unauthorized access to your phone.!!!
should you have any questions please write to us again.thanks for contacting fixya !

What is the passkey to my sony vaio laptop VGN-CS160J

If you have a blue tooth device added to your laptop or build into your laptop, you will have to enter control panel and select Classic View at top left and then select Blue Tooth.
Once you are in that option window you should go to security and set your passkey there and then. When you apply your settings and return to Pair your devices you only need to use the passkey that you have entered at your blue tooth security and you should be all sweet.

Blue tooth connection passkey

Most Bluetooth devices uses '1234' or '0000' as the default passkey. Since you tried using '0000', you may wanna try using 1234.

Have a great day!

Blue tooth passkey

when you want to try to connect to a phone, it will ask for passkey - you actually create a new one with each connection - standard is 0000 for most devices, so people are happy to use that when connecting to friends etc.
