hmm i got an philips 2 GB mp3 and i wanted to put some videos on it and well it cant read mp4 it can only read avi files but when i tried it it said i have to use the philips media converter but i dont have it and well i still dont know how to put on vids so :D

first off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as its connected, this program will also allow you to download youtube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

How man ytimes are you going to ask the same question? I already answered you - you have to go to Philips website and get the program called Philips Media Converter. With the Go Gear's, you can't simply open the video folder and drag and drop the videos. You MUST use the Philips Media Converter to convert and transfer your videos.
