There could be a few different problems. You should first narrow down the possibilities. If you are playing the mp4 file directly from your laptop try changing the source. Put the mp4 on a usb drive or on a playstation/xbox or simply on a dvd. Try playing the file through one of these other sources. If the audio no longer lags behind the video than its likely an encoder setting that your Hisense doesn't handle well. If lagging is still present on all your sources then change the type of cable. If you are using HDMI try RCA or vice versa. You can also separate the audio from the video. Try using a VGA cable between your laptop and TV for the video and use a separate RCA to 3.5mm headphone jack for the audio, Most Flatscreen TVs have dedicated audio inputs for different video inputs. Try out these different set ups and you can determine if the problem is with the TV the Laptop or the cables in between. If it is the TV you may have a problem with the main board but this is unlikely especially if the audio video sync works fine with other file types.
A true UPS requires a battery to be connected to the inverter at all times. Mains power is used to charge the battery constantly and battery is required to continually supply power to the inverter which then converts the voltage to mains supply voltage.
A lower powered and cheaper type UPS areswitch-over types, when the mains supply fails, the UPS switches over to thebatteries and the inverter in milli-seconds which then supplies mains power to thecomputer and peripherals. This type UPS may operate without a battery, but it depends upon the design of the UPS and the battery error detection system In most cases I doubt it can operate without a battery. You can try the UPS without a battery, make sure the battery terminals do not short against each other.
The tv power supply board, that the board where the tv power a/c cord plug into it.U know basic electronic, have all the tools also can do soldering work too?Tries check the tv power supply board for dead components parts call capacitors parts, most of the times the capacitors parts are bulges ups or puffing ups onto it tops. These capacitors parts are dying or already dead. These capacitors parts are dead must to be replace.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
If you want an Un-interruptable power supply you can call some local electronic supply stores. APC makes a model 1500 and other companies have similar models. If power goes out you can watch for 15 or 20 minutes before they go dead. They are good for stopping spikes in the line voltage also.
Since this set is still under warranty, DO NOT open it up at all. That will void the warranty. Your best bet is to report the problem and request service. Request that this service be scheduled for a few weeks out and try to see if there is a pattern to when it occurs. For example, does the problem seem to occur most often after the set is on for a while? Any information that you can provide to narrow down the conditions when the problem occurs will be helpful. Please report this as an intermittant problem. Even if nothing is intially found, if the problem becomes more regulatr after the warranty period has expired, it should still be covered.
Confirm if this is happening during explosions screenshots or high white tones images. I noticed that my set goes black immediately after an explosion or during commercials (Essurance commercials for example). I'll have a technician tomorrow to replace the power board (another problem), but I'll also show him my observations to get his feedback about the blank screen...will let u know!!!
