Question about Sanyo DP32746 32 in. LCD Television
When I press the power button on my Sanyo DP32746 I can hear the power relay pull in. After 10 seconds the relay drops out. During the 10 seconds the relay is in, there is no picture (screen stays dark/off) or sound. After attempting to power up the set 3 or 4 times the relay stops pulling in all together. If I unplug the set for a few minutes and plug it back in I can get the relay to pull in again for 10 seconds. I realize the relay is dropping out as a protective measure. The set was working perfectly, I turned it off one evening and the next morning I had this problem. I have removed the back cover, there is no discoloration or odor of anything burned. Have you ever received a similar complaint? Do you have any idea which board is defective or where I can start? Will I cause any damage if I unplug all of the wiring harnesses from the power supply board to rule it out as the defective board?

They will be more then happy to assist.
