My sharp AL-800 makes a noise and comes up with a L100 code. I think it's the scanner. Is there a lock I might have engaged?

- Actually it turned out to be a switch on the back of the machine. Thanks.

An L100 would cause that error code. there is a scanner lock located to the left of the machine.
