1. Click the "STart" button, located in the bottom left of the display.
2.Type "System Restore" on the space for provide for searching program and files.
3. Click the "system restore" link.
4. Choose restore point.
5. Click " Next" and "finish"

see if u have system restore that will restore it if not go to manufacturer website and re download it

i have been through this procedure with a cam diffrent
deleat the driver for cam from device maneger
and then restart and reinstall
at start install driver
then plug cam in after
it should ask you then again to install driver
tick yes to once only

3. Click "Night Vision 500K (IT-305WC)"
4. Click "Win XP/Vista". This will start the download of your web cam's drivers.

You need to check the settings and configurations relating to your cam. Better to install windows again and reinstall all the drivers. Hopefully it will work
