Question about Cannon Office Equipment & Supplies
You can manually clear out your print queue by doing the following:
open up My Computer
navigate to the c:\windows\system32\spool\printers directory
leave that window open, then go to start and right click on My Computer
now there will be a menu tree, and one of the options will be "Services and Applications", expand that tree and click on "Services"
in the right hand side, there should now be a list of services available on your computer. scroll down and click on "print spooler"
now click "stop the service" (located in the upper left hand corner of the list of services)
once the service is fully stopped. switch back to the printers directory window.
delete ALL files in this directory.
swap back to the services window, and click "start the service".
your print queue should now be cleared out and the only thing that will continue to print will be whatever is left in your printer's actual memory. to clear the printer's memory out you can try unplugging the printer for approximately 15 to 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
I hope this solves your problem, and please do not forget to rate my solution.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

With the original chip now
attached to the compatible cartridge (you may need double sided tape to
get the chip to stick well to the cartridge), and with the cartridge
now in the printer, Press and hold the Reset/OK Button for 5 seconds to
reset the chips.
