Question about Cameras
Hi! I just bought the Nikon Coolpix L18 Digital Camera and I was wondering if my old SD Memory card was compatible with this new camera. It is a SanDisk Memory Stick Pro Duo 256mb. I plan on buying a newer & bigger card but wanted to know if I can use the one I have for backup or extra pics.
Thanks for your help,
Even if your camera does not have a slot for this type of card, you may be able to keep it for backup or storage. There are memory card readers available that read several different formats, meaning you can transfer files back and forth between the cards or your computer.
Depending on the prices you find, you may be able to purchase an additional SD card for less than a media card reader, so do your research before making a purchase.
