Question about Plantronics Explorer 220 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset
3 red rotating lights mean that their is an error with the connecting device is not connecting to the network of your phone. Most likely your headset is too far from your phone, and this is causing an abrupt interruption of the connection, or it is possible your device no longer can connect via blue tooth and is not functional.
My suggestion is to go to the plantronic website and do a search online for your user manual, it will pretty much tell you the same, register your device on the website and then call them for repairs and mailing instructions, if you desire to keep this headset and not purchase another.
