Question about Sony Ericsson Z525a Cellular Phone
I got this phone from AT&T
got it unlocked
and took it to DR as a gift. However, they are not able to use the phone with the local service providers, the phone seems to recognize the sim card but loses signal right away... Do i have to change some setting like frequency or ports in the phone? maybe a factory reset? if so, how do i do that?
any suggestion would be appreciated.
First open your phone and be sure it is on. Next select Menu. Press the joystick right 1 time then down 2 times to get to "Settings". Press Select. Joystick up 1 time to get "Master Reset" & select. Joystick down 1 time to get "Reset Device" press select. Press "Yes" and the phone will be reset and restarted. Hope this helps. -Mike

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
