LAPTOP PROBLEM I OWN A DELL LAPTOP. LAST NIGHT I DROPPED A GLASS OF WATER ON IT. NOW, THE KEY "A" DOESN'T WORK. DOES THE BEST BUY HAVE THE SERVICE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? IF YES, CAN I JUST TAKE IT TO A CLOSE-BY STORE?

Only the "a" key? Sounds too good to be true, Yes they do offer a Service to repair this, But really what happens is they send this to the Manufacturer. You can do this yourself as well. I would take it in regardless to have it thoroughly inspected and make sure nothing else is damaged that you havent noticed yet. But With the Assumption that its only the "a" key, They will take the keyboard device out, Insert a New one, and Mail this back. They might if not i know in some states staple stores do have a tech area and they might be able to fix it

call best buy and ask they but i know for fact that staples fixes them ok
