Question about Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
Only the "a" key? Sounds too good to be true, Yes they do offer a Service to repair this, But really what happens is they send this to the Manufacturer. You can do this yourself as well. I would take it in regardless to have it thoroughly inspected and make sure nothing else is damaged that you havent noticed yet. But With the Assumption that its only the "a" key, They will take the keyboard device out, Insert a New one, and Mail this back. The Number for Dell to see where their closest repair center is 1-800-624-9896, And this number is 24/7
