I HAVE A SAMSUNG KPDCS-12B LCS SWITCHBOARD HANDSET. THE PHONE HAS THE OPTION OF CALL FORWARDING WITH THE ABILITY TO AUTOMATICALLY REVERT TO UNFORWARDING AT A PRE-PROGRAMMED TIME. I KNOW HOW TO DIVERT THE CALLS SO THAT THEY FORWARD BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROGRAMME THE TIME AT WHICH THE FORWARDING SHOULD END. DO YOU KNOW HOW THIS CAN BE DONE?

If an Engineer has previously set up a Mail Box on your Voice Mail, then you need to assign a VMMSG button to that extension. this will allow access to your Voice Mail.
