hard reset the device, turn it off on reset button/ power on/off...then wait for a minute before you switch it on...bingo! or else reinstall the software of your device..or else hardware issue (but this is more software issue).

you will need to do a firmware revision update by first downloading the latest software for your device from this link http://www.navman.com/in-car/3294/Australia/Old-content/11816/11607/69895/ then doing a complete reload of map software and firmware after registering the device with navman.
