This means your Phone has Software issues or maybe Virus.

I highly recommend you to take your phone to the mobile shop and ask them to repair it for you.

If you are planning to use the phone on another GSM service provider, then you would need the unique network unlock code for that.

How to insert the Unlock CODE into your Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8

1. Power ON your Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 with an accepted SIM Card.
   
   
2. Press the LEFT arrow or joystick button once.
   
   
3. Press the STAR (*) button twice.
   
   
4. Press the LEFT arrow or joystick button again.
   
   
5. You will briefly see one of the following messages listed on your Sony Ericsson XPERIA X8 display:

6. Wait approximately 4 seconds.
   
   
7. The display will indicate "Network" and a picture of a closed padlock.
   
   
8. Press Select.
