the above thread has several suggestions for solutions. The most common that seems to work is a phone reset. Make sure you backup any data first though.
your 3100 may need an up-grade, have you changed your phone lately? most common problem is that new phones have newer software versions and you need to up-grade the software on the parrot 3100 to suit
Above is a link to the instruction manual. Try deleting any old phones from the paired devices menu, this way it should make room for new pairings. If this fails then you may need new software in the Parrot. You can do this yourself but you will need a Laptop with Bluetooth, then download the update manger from Parrot web site. Dan
First thing first you have to check is IF the both devices (the cell and your CK 3100) are PAIRING! If the answer is YES, then turn the both ON and using your cell with the Bluetooth ON let it discover your new CK 3100. Once is discovered just SELECT your device and click on ACCEPT or OK.
