Toshiba laptop screen goes wierd

My laptop has been giving me issues lately by having the screen go blurry and change colors. For example, right now everything that is suppose to be white is a blue/green color. Pictures will have a blur to the them. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes if I move it slightly it goes normal again. What will need done?

What is the problem with my Toshiba 52HMX85. I can only see some part of the screen.

Could be a screen issue. Test on an external screen for faulty motherboard.

Faint screen

Try using an external screen. If that is OK, replace the screen as there may be a hairline crack on the driver boards.

Blurry computer screen

1) Check the screen resolution.
Right-click on My Computer, (or Computer), then at the bottom of the list click on Properties.

2) In the Display Properties window, click on the Settings tab.
In the middle, under -> Screen resolution, is it the native screen resolution for the laptop's monitor screen? (LCD screen)

Example: 768 x 1280

Don't know?
Use the computer you are using now, and look up a replacement LCD screen for your laptop. This info will tell you what the native screen resolution is....(Will just state screen resolution, or resolution)

Also......Look to the right of Screen resolution.
Color quality is supposed to be Highest (32 bit)
If it isn't, then click on the blue side arrow, and in the list click on Highest (32 bit)

Still no?
Then don't give up on me, we're diagnosing the problem remotely.
Come back in a Comment.

Weird. Instead of a clean white screen, I have minor lines. Video is blurry and all background is unclear Looks like the screen is faulty, but randomly it goes back to normal, beautiful screen...

It may be a faulty wire. For example My Toshiba laptop has a wire that is frayed where the hinge is, I haven't had time to fix it yet. But you can fix it, or temporarily, wedge a piece of light cardboard until you do get the chance to take it apart. If you move the screen back and forth, tap it, is it better. But you can look up how to repair your screen by looking up your type of computer. I hope this helps for now.

Toshiba a135 laptop screen goes blank during battery use. Only way to recover is to put the laptop to sleep blinking orange and then restart. This action keeps the screen on. Could this be a bios problem?...

It's probably not a BIOS problem.

You should go to Control Panel --> Hardware and Sound --> Power Options --> Change plan settings --> change advanced plan settings.

Try configuring the setting for "Plugged in" and "On Battery" to be the same. That way your laptop won't go through wierd configurations when you unplug.

Try cleaning your computer with compressed air too.

Black screen on the right side of my acer 5630

You need to give me a few more details,is the screen blurry on one side, and brighter on the other?,two, are you using a some special graphics software that might not be ment for your computer, you should plug a monitor into your laptop to see if it gives the same affects, and press the window or function key, and one of the monitor symbols on your keyboard at the same time(,they are coloured the same as the function key),to change your main screen to a plug n play one,if the screen comes up with the same affects then it is a software problem, you might have to uninstall the software that is causing the problem,or two if is comes up perfectly, then it might be a hardware problem, you might have to bring your laptop to a pc mechanic to be degaussed, this puts a charge on your laptop screen and it costs more to do than replace one, most plug and play monitors can degauss them selves, others need to be done manually, unfortunately laptop screens have to be taken apart to be degaussed,i know its silly.if its not blurry then it cant be hardware problem.its one of your graphics settings.
