You have a problem with either the process drive motor not being timed. Or the print head is not pivoting forward and backward or side to side.
There is a stainless steel print block on the left lower frame about mid way back. It may have ink leaked into it and now allowing the head to pivit properly.
The print head wiper may be stuck to the print head, if the printer is not shut down properly or you had a power outage it may be tacked to the print head.
