I'm trying to clean out my Toshiba A215-S5849 model so that I can give it to my brother but the disc to restore the system(which came with my laptop) is always returning error code 03-EEEE-0000. Help Please!

Use a USB mouse for the meantime and try doing a system restore to a date when it was working fine before How to perform system restore (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGXbMyFaROw)

If system restore did not resolve the issue then try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for your touchpad.

You can go to toshiba website and download their latest touchpad drivers for your a215-s7437.

If you have lost the restore disc you may need to buy the Restore disc from the Toshiba website. Please visit the following link, enter your laptops serial number and check if a restore disc can be purchased online. If not, you have to take it to the Toshiba service center to get the system restored to factory settings

turn off your laptop by hold your power..ten turn on again and try to press f8 when it booting..go to safe mode and restore it by go to all program, accessories, system tools, and system restore

Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard.

Ok...try these links to reinstall your bluetooth.

Bluetooth Stack for Windows Vista (v6.10.02T; 03-03-2008; 60M)
Please install both of those and see if your bluetooth works afterwards.
