Laptop DVD /RW Drive
I have a problem with my DVD/RW drive on my Presario laptop. About a month ago, my computer stopped recognizing the drive. When the problem arose, l remove the drive and refix it back again and the drive started working again and all was fine. After two weeks later, l discover that the drive stopped working again, which indicate that l cannot use this driver all.Though, the disc drive is still getting power, and I can open and close the drive without problem, but it is not recognized. Any solutions?

did you try a dvd cleaner some times the laser inside gets dirty and then it will not work if this does not work try a different dvd player in it a little serect is to try a different one always if still does not work might have to redownload the drivers for your computer on your computers website ..
