I have a 12 months old Nokia N72 cell phone.when i try to edit my contact list or when i try to see the recived call or missed calls,an error appears

"memory full .cannot perform this operation.delete some data".and i cannot perform any of the above mentioned operations.sometimes a messgae inbox appears,as if i got a new message;but when i see my inbox the seme error message appears.even when i delete all my inbox and outbox the message retains.i tired deleting vedio and audio files-still no go.i checked my memory card, which has vacant space.. I use 512Mb memory card(i got along with the phone ).

some times this error message appers itself ,even without doing any operation.

I restarted the cell phone and this error dissappeared, but after some times it again appeared.

what is the exact cause of this issue?

is it the problem with memory card or the cell phone ?

Hi
I think you are trying to save songs or data which you received by blue tooth, and your phone’s “memory in use” set to “phone memory” to save the data. If this is correct you need to change it to memory card, to do this you need to go to Menu select Messaging, press Option and select Settings then Other select “Memory in use” and change it to Memory card (or given name by you to your memory card)
But you must aware then all your messages will be saving in memory card.

Gud am sir, i have a problem with my cellphones model nokia 3110c, i cannot used my music player, every time i open it, always appear no music files found, even i had to much song files in my memory...

First Solution:
Try bluetooth, ask your friend(s) to send you song via bluetooth then save it to your phone memory or memory card, if it is working meaning there is no problem with your cellphone. It's in the audio format!
Second Solution:
Backup all of your songs then copy one(1) song and convert it using audio and video converter into mp3 format. Though your songs in your mp3 player are already an mp3 format. Some cellphone can not read it as mp3, after converting copy the song that you converted as mp3 format into your memory card but before that format your memory card first. Good day

I have 600 songs in memory and when I try to add more other songs start to be erased

probably even if its 16GB sometime files goes error. check if it has enough space left to store songs... or try to save all your songs first then format it and the save your songs again try if all the songs will be stored after you format.

Memory on my mp3 is almost full without any songs on it.

Try this: Connect your MP3 player to your computer. Open "My Computer". You should see your MP3 player connected. Right click on it. Click on FORMAT. This should completely wipe everything on your MP3 player (except for the original necessary files that came on it origianlly). You should then be able to get all of your space back.

I am using sciphone i68+ as well.i got same promblem as u guy that i copy music into memory card then go to Audio music player but i cant use Audio music player.Just when i copy music into phone memory,it...

The i68+ have a folder in the memory card that is called My Music, you need to transfer, copy or move you songs to this folder, if you say the the memory is not enough for 3 songs, then you are saving the songs in the phone, not in memory. If you transfer from BT and it state that is full, then again you are saving it in the phone and not in memory, you need to go to the BT settings and change the saving location.

Memory card touble

First, you have to make sure that you have enough memory space on your memory card.

I'm regretfully informing you that this is the symptom once the memory card is starting to quit working. It's eating up the good available memory until you notice that you don't have enough memory space.

The only thing that I could suggest is to reformat the memory card before saving new songs. Or better to create a back up.

Have a great day!

Music Transfer

Go to every folder in the my stuff and multimedia and see if you need to delete stuff to make more space...you may not have saved to the memory card but rather the internal memory. Worked for me.
