hi my o2 orbit touchscreen has just stopped responding to my touch and now and again itll touch once and then not work again for ages, whats wrong withit ? any idea on how much itll cost or what to do ? ive done all the soft and hard resets it took me 3 and a half hours to keep tapping the screen for it to work now and again when i had to align it for the hard reset, thanks jack.

You will have to replace the Touch Screen Digitizer or the whole screen.
If you have warranty it should cover the repair.
