Open the door on the right. The brew unit is the thing with the handle that has the push on it. You need to push on the upper left side of the brew unit until it clicks. There is an outlet spout on the opposite side of where you are pushing. It goes into an intake port that needs to be lubed, so the outlet spout will slide in without pushing back. That should take care of the missing brew unit.
use a little steel wire in the hole in the pipe to remove old milk residue you dont have to go to deep in the pipe 1 or 2 inch inside you have to remove the black plastic piece that goes in the milk thanks pierre
Your grinder is probably due for cleaning. If in warrantee, it may be covered. If not, need to contact SAECO for an authroized Service Center. Also note that if you use dark roasted beans ( which are oily) + you store beans in refrigerator/freezer, you will definitely have to clean the grinder more often.
