Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console

1 Answer

Games won'l play

My daughter bought a Nintendo DS Lite brand new on Ebay from Hong Kong last year.  It played games provided with it plus others that we bought in Australia, until about two months ago.  Now it will only play gameboy advancedgames - the others won't boot up at all even though they used to play. Wht could the problem be - we are in Australia and the DS is from Hong Kong

Animal Crossing Wild World keeps freezing or just won't even read

If you bought this game second hand you might be lucky and find that cleaning the contacts on the game will fix it. Other than that if all other games work on your DS then the game is corrupt and will need to be replaced

My hinge broke on nds

If you have a valid receipt nintendo will have to cover it under warranty. Provided it just snapped and is not broke because of bad handling.
Alternatively order a new case through eBay and just switch the old case with the new one.

DS lite stuck on Loading an then in Menu

Did you load the other files on the memory card. The games would go in one folder, the system files in another. That is how these cards usually work.

How to download games from pc to ds lite?

You need to get something like an M3 Real card which fits inside SLOT 1 of your DS (where the DS games go). The M3 card itself has a space for a micro SD card on which you will store the ROMS for the DS games you have on your PC. Note that downloading ROMS is ILLEGAL unless you have bought the original game. Hope this helps. I got my M3 Real from Deal Extreme - they are based in Hong Kong, but deliver promptly and have the best prices I have seen for the M3 Real.
