Well I am not sure how much this is going to help you as I have had a rather difficult time trying to find the manual for what you are looking for your descriptions of the product or products involved are vague so it does make it a bit difficult to help diagnose the issues.
Now it does require that you have a PDF reader so that you can appropriately view the documentation. If you do not have this or are unsure you can try to download the files and it will instruct you if you do not have this installed.
Plug it into one of the TV's USB ports, then configure your network's credentials (SSID, encryption type and passphrase) from the network setup menu in your TV.
Plug it into a desktop or laptop. If you have a router you can go into the router setting and that should give you the mac on the wireless adapter. Does it have a label like the model and brand?
I am not aware of any CD driver for WIS09ABGN. My LED-TV UE46B7070 - the only CD that came in the box was the Samsung PC Share Manager 2.0, which can be downloaded on Samsung web site, version 2.3 is available.
