Once you have been approved as a Premium Expert, you will notice some changes on yourMy Expertisepage. First, there will be a banner regarding your preferred method of payment. Click on this banner and select how you would like to be paid. There will also be a module on the upper right of your My Expertise page called My Live Chat Status, as well as a link to your Account Statements. Answering Chats If you would like to do a Live Chat, where you assist the customer using an IM system, check the "Available" option on your My Live Chat Status module. Then, as long as you are on FixYa, you will receive a pop up to alert you to any available Chats in your Areas of Expertise. Please make sure you have enough time to do a Chat (up to an hour or more) and that you only assist one customer at a time. One note about that- if something older than 7 days is still marked as Pending, then it has Auto Closed and another Expert received credit. What did you select as your "preferred payment method" ???
At the start of each month, FixYa calculates your total Premium Assistance earnings for the previous month. If your earnings total $50 or more, FixYa notifies Payoneer of your pending earnings payment by the 3rd business day of the next month. Payoneer then processes and sends your earnings via your preferred payment method, which takes up to 2 business days to complete.
At the end of each month, FixYa
calculates your total Premium Assistance earnings for that month. If your
earnings total $50 or more, FixYa will process them for payment. Monthly
earnings of less than $50 remain in your account and are added into the
following month's earnings. FixYa sends your earnings to you via
your preferred method of payment within 30 days of the end of the payment
period. For example, if your account contains $60 in earnings on October
31st, your $60 payment will be issued via your preferred method of payment by
November 30th. We strongly recommend you choose
paypal as your preferred payment method, as paypal payments are faster, easier
and cheaper than checks by mail. Please make dure you update your
prefered payment choice in your profile - either check or paypal only , other
wise your payment will be delayed until the following payment cycle as we only

How do I get Paid?
At the end of each month FixYa will calculate your total earnings and process them for payment. FixYa will send your earnings using your preferred method of payment within 30 days of the end of the payment period. Note that during the 30 days in which your payment is being processed these earnings will not appear in your "My Earnings" box.
