The toner is toxic so care is required in the clean up... it is also conductive in some circumstances so ot must be cleaned off electronic components...
No doubt the manufacturer will be happy to take it away fro clean up but at a cost...The facts are it would likely be more costly to have it cleaned than to replace it.
I suggest you get a good quality vac with a good filtration system ( a toner vac used by copier techs would be ideal) and clean it up youself.
