Hi
They may have been provided with a cd - you will need to use this first before they work. If not make sure that the reciever is plugged in, that the keyboard and mouse are charged up and have been switched on.

Next go to the device manager (Right click my computer>>>'manage', device manager is on the left) then at the top select 'scan for hardware changes.' The computer should find and install the mouse+keyboard and install them.

Hopefully this will solve your problem. If not you may want to contact the manufacturer/store you bought them from or you could post another question here with any extra information.

Good luck!
Philip

Wireless mouse and keyboard issues

If you have both sets of keyboard and mouse plugged in, turn off the computer and remove the old mouse and plug in the new mouse. Reboot and if necessary use the keyboard to login. Once windows is loaded let it detect the new mouse and then shut down again. Take out the old keyboard and reboot. You should now be able to use both new pieces without problems.

I'm hooking up my Memorex wireless keyboard and mouse. I hooked up the two pieces coming off the wireless receptor to the computer and now I can't get the mouse and keyboard to work. Do I press the button...

There should be a connect button on both the receiver unit that is plugged into the usb port, and on each device (Mouse, and Keyboard) you will have to press all of these again to reconnect the devices to the computer.

I have a micro wireless keyboard, and I neeed a wireless mouse to match. Where can I buy one?

You could go to the place you bought the keyboard and see if they have a mouse too. If you want to use the same receiver though, the receiver (the part that plugs into the computer and communicates with the keyboard) you might consider purchasing a complete set, keyboard and mouse new. This has the advantage of using one USB connection on your computer. If you purchase a wireless mouse now and your receiver is not designed to support two devices, then you will use two USB connections.
