Boot the system in safe mode
1.) restart the system
2.) pump the F8 Key until a screen comes up with different options
3.) select safe mode,

Try right clicking there and see what happens,, I,m guessing here this is a result of damages done by a previoulsy removed virus (GUESSING) it is possible that the same one could have been shard by all 3,,

I'd advise you'd uninstall norton and use the new avg free

Go into the account and remove all email accounts and then add a new email account. However it sounds like your computer has been hacked, not your facebook account specifically.

Free download ms office,power point

The Open Office Org. is compatible with all MS doc.'s and power point presentations. It is a free to use program and is as good if not better than MS Office. Open Office Pro. And you can find out more info and Std. downloads here. Open Office Org. Sorry, we can not provide you with the MS keys you may be asking for. Try the free program first. If you do get a key you can not upgrade unless you sooner or later pay for a key. MS will only allow one use to upgrade.

Product Key for windows xp,home edition,sp2.

the product key should be on a sticker on the side of your computer, if not it should be on a sticker on the cd cover. if you have neither of these you will not be able to install it. if you use one from another computer you will get the message that windows failed validation sooner or later and be forced to purchase new license online.

Hi there,

If you have installed the drivers from a cd on vista, try to uninstall them again and reboot the computer and connect the printer.

yeah i understand whats happening now..

I did net see it before , but looking back i see you use windows xp home ... dont SP3 just blow :(,, try removing it verydoubthful it will work, you need to format and then disable windows updates, go th the security panel in the control panel, click chang the way windows notifies me and thell the windows up date to shut the hell up.. YOu may also want to consider getting windows XP PRO if you actually want to use the updates. personally i hate the updates sice they cause undue stress your case in point ...

Windows Freezing

Do you have Sp1 installed ? i am assuming you are using windows vista. If not i suggest you download this. if its Xp install SP1 and SP2. In Windows vista there is a problems and reporting app located in the control panel, open it up and see if you problem is there , if it is then there should be an option to find a solution, Try that option.

Also veryify that the systems are fully updated.

Dont rule out a virus or worm yet. the problem you are describing does seem to be this which can infect other system providing you copied the pics to them. Back up the pictures to anoter folder and empty the my pictures folder. save a picture from the internet to it and try right clicking then. If this works then copy back the images one by one to the my pictures folder m everytime right clicking to see if it freezes. Eventually you will find the offending image. you can also try Super Anti Spyware Remover or tuneup utilities and let it do a registery scan.

Let me know what happens
