WizLCD not displaying screen, correct. If you have a external monitor like from a desktop, then you can attach it to the laptop. Most laptops have a VGA or DVI connector on them. Even HDMI on new laptop. Most laptop have a combo you need to push to have it go the external monitor. It usually has Fn (Function) then above the F1-F10 keys in color, are the Function keys you push to get it.
I've seen it on F3-F4 keys normally. Your might be different. Use them as a reference only.
