You need a diagram manual.

Please download the service/owner manual in Asus home page, in the customer support category. Read the manual in the connection of audio jumpers and download the updated drivers for your board.

The drivers you need for that ethernet on that board is Realtek RTL8100C Ethernet Device Driver V5.621.304.2005
You will find them on that site above, download and instal them

Scroll down near the bottom of page to this copy : 'P4P800-E Deluxe User's manual for English Version E1867". Download a copy of the PDF file to file for reference.  I checked this manual and it has all the information you need, but you will have to quietly study it, and then print or  take down all the required information you need on paper, as you will have to turn off tthe PC and power to make all the wiring connections to the motherboard. The global link for the English Language manual was slow but the China link was fast and the manual was in English.

The pages for the motherboard connectors are 1-16 through 1-21 (PDF pages 26 through 31).

This is the bit your after I believe...

All you have to do is go to the manufacturer site of your motherboard and try to find the manual that your motherbaord model has.

Im sure ASUS has its own website for supports.
