- I have Xerox workcenter 470cx, windows xp media center. When I scan in any app, the computer restarts, using the latest twain driver. I reinstalled scanner driver and still no help.- delphine147Aug 15, 2008

- working from IBM THinkcentre, trying to import scanned items from Workcentre 470 cx, when start to import, computer just crashes - restarts, and goes on about its business. Have d/l new twain driver for W XP, no joy. still crashes. no clue, just BOOM, it's gone. - barb4deer
