wont load and record new sony discs flashed 1300 and disc error

Am having the same problem,tried cleaning laser,resetting camera,and new discs,none helped could be problem with laser itself.Am still trying to fix.Will post solution when I find one.

I have the same problem. Same disc error and I can't record or watch previously recorded discs. So it's not the disc that is the problem. Help please!

when i put the disc in it says its scannin for bout 20 min then says disc error so i lost need help asap
