Question about Computers & Internet
Here is one way for Windows XP
first, you have to log on as the administrator
Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE two times, and then type the name of the administrator user account.
In the Password box, type the administrator password, and then click OK.
If the administrator password is set to a blank password, do not type a password before you click OK.
Then you have to RESET the password
Click Start, click Run, type control userpasswords2, and then click OK.
Click the name of the user account that you want to reset the password for, and then click Reset Password.
Type a new password in the New password box, and then type the password again in the Confirm new password box, and then click OK.
Restart the computer, and then try to log on to Windows XP again.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
