The first thing I would look at to try to fix this is file sizes. You may have loaded at least one high resolution photo on the frame, and this could cause an issue. I recommend making a resized copy of larger photos - resize them down to a size around 800x600 max. This size provides a good balance of improved performance and good image quality - and the file size reduction that occurs means that more photos can be stored on the frame.
If that does not correct the issue, I would then re-format the frame's memory. Connect the frame to my PC, select the corresponding drive in "My Computer", right-click on this drive and select menu option "Format".
