If it's a Windows password then use this http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ to reset it. If it's a BIOS password then only the Toshiba dealer can remove it - the laptop has been designed like this.

Boot up or restart your Toshiba laptop.

Immediately and repeatedly tap the F2 key on your keyboard until the start screen appears to change your BIOS (user) and supervisor

(HDD user) passwords.

Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to highlight "Set User Password" or "Set HDD User Password" and press "Enter" on your keyboard.

Type the current password in the box that appears.

Type your new password ox.

You will be asked to enter your new password a second time to confirm it.

Unlock hdd/ssd password on toshiba satellite

Step 1Turn on your laptop. Press the "F2" key when the first loading screen appears. This will load the BIOS. You'll only have a second or two to press this key before Windows begins to boot. If you're not fast enough and the Windows screen comes up, simply restart and try again.
Step 2Use the right-arrow key to highlight the "Security" tab. This is the third tab from the right.
Step 3Press the down-arrow to enter the Security Settings menu. Scroll down to "User Password," listed beneath the "HDD/SSD Password Select." This will open a pop-up window with three text fields.
Step 4Type your current password into the "Current Password" field. Press "Enter." Type your new password into the "New Password" field and press "Enter." Type the same password again into the "Confirm New Password" field and press "Enter." The "Password" window will close.
Step 5Press the "F10" key to save your new settings and exit the BIOS. Your laptop will now boot normally.
TipHDD password can be changed as many times as necessary. However, once you enable password protection, you can never delete it.

As soon as you turn on the laptop it goes straight to a dark grey screen with a blue box in the middle that says "ENTER CURRENT PASSWORD". I have tried the backdoor password that I found on the internet...

As you describe your problem I can see that your laptop asks a bios password. Well you have to open the case of the laptop and locate a small circle battery, this is the bios battery. Eject this battery and the laptop's battery and unplug the power cord. Try 2-3 times to power up the laptop (without batteries or power supply, just for the capasitors to discharge). Wait 5 minutes. After that plug in again the bios battery, the main battery and the power supply. Start up your laptop. Just before Windows logo comes up hit del (or F2) repeatly in order to get in to bios settings. Find the command "load bios default" and hit enter. Adjust the date and time and any other settings you wish (boot order e.t.c.). Save the changes and reboot. As you can see you are ready.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

I star my laptop and the problem is just star on black screen withe a blue window asking for the bios password what can i do to solve this thanks

1.You either know the BIOS password or you don't . this will require a tech to reset the password entry to default so that you can access the laptop. this is done at the mother board level usually
2. Contact the manufacturer and speak with tech support to walk you through a password reset for the BIOS.
