Went further in troubleshooting by removing the components one by one. Turned out that the soundblaster fx card needed to be reinstalled after a normal boot sequence was completed.
Remembering that Creative and vista have had problems in the past it was the first component removed and wala.

Computer is frozen cant get into anything

Turn it off, remove battery, reboot. If that does not work then the easiest way is to get a boot up disk for your sytem. Insert disk with computer off and then turn it on. It will boot from the disk and you can repair whatever is needed.

You probably have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5756
When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:
http://majorgeeks.com/Kaspersky_TDSSKiller_d6895.html

Download, Install and Run Super Anti-Spyware:
http://majorgeeks.com/SUPERAntiSpyware_d5116.html

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
http://majorgeeks.com/Avira_AntiVir_Personal_-_FREE_Antivirus_d955.html
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

Restore vista preinstalled computer with foxconn 45CMX series mother board to factory settings

Sorry you are having trouble
method one
goto Start
Goto programs
goto acessories
goto system tools
goto sytem restore
follow the info on the screen
this will let you pick the date to restore to

method two
Boot to the cd/dvd
when asked tell it to format and install

Method one is much easier
May I ask why you want to go back to factory settings? This would be a last step for me in the process of repair

I have an alienware computer. It runs just fine....except when I am on Facebook and want to play games like Farmville or FarmTown. As soon as I run these applications (or soon after) my computer starts...

Sorry you are having trouble.

Spooky but very repairable. Facebook uses a lot of active X. This allows you to do many things.
Your computer has some program that is warning you. To fix this you will have to figure out what programs are running and disable the warning.
I suggest going to this site and run all the tests there. http://www.pcpitstop.com You will have to sign up but it is free. The results will tell you what is running and from that info you can disable the warning.
Nice PC. I run a BOXX here.
I hope this helps

My computer is frozen it wont boot up

AAAAA !!! computer crashed. ok here is how to fix it. without buying a windows disk for $300.00 or paying someone $200.00 to fix it. i warn you your going to lose everything but re start your computer and keep hitting F10 this will do a full system restore. and from there it will walk you through processes and then it will bring your computer back to the way it was when you first brought it home. unless you have a restore point. to restore it to before the computer crashed

No booting or nothing

Did you have a power surge in your area recently? Sounds like it could have been damaged. Can you press the F8 key (continually) while it's starting to boot & get the setup menu?

Windows error

First, make sure there are no discs in any of the drives as this could disrupt the boot process. Prior to seeing the HP screen you should get a prompt as to press F10 to go into system setup. Once in system setup choose the option to go to system restore or system recovery. From there you should be able to restore your computer to a sytem restore point that was set up with a checkpoint at set intervals by Windows XP. If that is unsuccessful you may have to utilize your recovery discs.
Good Luck.
