Patch for ViewSonic V37 Serial Port Problem when upgrading to PocketPC 2003

Do they provide information about which V37 versions this is designed to
work with?  The V37 that I have doesn't have any trouble with the serial
port -- it uses Windows Mobile 2003.  I suspect that this fix is for the
Pocket PC 2002 version?
